Prices and additional costs

The current localized price, tax treatment, billing period, and offer terms are shown in WakeBomb and on Apple's purchase-confirmation sheet before you buy. Depending on your region, the merchant or contractual seller for an App Store transaction may be the Apple entity identified in Apple's terms and receipt, while the provider above supplies WakeBomb's digital service.

Internet access, mobile data, electricity, an Apple device, and other equipment are not included. Your network or device provider may charge separate fees.

Payment, delivery, and availability

• Payment method and timing: charged to your Apple Account through the App Store when Apple confirms the purchase, subject to Apple's terms.
• Delivery: digital access is normally granted immediately after purchase verification. Network, App Store, or entitlement synchronization can delay activation.
• System requirements: a supported iPhone and iOS version, an Apple Account for purchases, and the permissions or connectivity identified for the chosen feature. Current compatibility appears on the App Store listing.
• Quantity: digital purchases are licensed to the purchasing Apple Account under Apple rules and are not physical goods.

Subscriptions and lifetime access

Monthly and annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple. They continue for successive billing periods unless canceled in your Apple Account subscription settings in accordance with Apple's deadline and terms. Deleting WakeBomb does not cancel a subscription.

Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable PRO entitlement for the supported lifetime of the WakeBomb product under the purchasing Apple Account. See the Terms of Use for its scope and service-availability limitations.

Cancellation, returns, and refunds

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account. Because access is digital and can begin immediately, ordinary returns are not offered after delivery except where required by law or allowed by Apple. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable consumer law.

If a valid purchase is not activated, use Restore Purchases in WakeBomb and contact support@wakebomb.com if the issue remains. This does not limit mandatory legal remedies for a non-conforming digital service.

Other terms

The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply. Alarm, mission, and App Blocking functionality depends on device state, iOS, permissions, hardware, and the user's configuration. WakeBomb is not an emergency or safety-critical alert system.
